Class for creating objects carrying ANSI codes for changing text foreground colour. The defined colours are:

black, blue, cyan, green, orange, magenta, red, white,

boldblue, boldcyan, boldgreen, boldgreen, boldgrey, boldmagenta, boldred, boldwhite, boldyellow.

For good visibility, the bold colours are better.
